Personalised products that have been engraved according to your order cannot be returned. If you change your mind regarding an order or make a mistake, please contact us (hello@pebblejewellery.co.uk) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to see if we can change the order. However if the order has gone through we are unable to do so and you will not be entitled a refund or new product.
Pebble will accept returns or refunds for NON-PERSONALISED products if we are notified within 7 working days from receiving your order. We will not however be able to accept if any of the products show signs of use at all. Please see our Returns page for more information or contact us - hello@pebblejewellery.co.uk
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in Pounds Sterling including VAT.
Prices do not include delivery which is £7.35 for UK addresses.
In addition to the price of products and delivery, international customers are liable for all import tax and duties. Delivery will be made using a service of our choice, country dependent.
Precious metal prices fluctuate almost daily, therefore if there is a particular increase by more than 5% we reserve the right to change the price accordingly after your order - we would discuss this with you and you reserve the right to cancel your order.
Care of your products is the customers responsibility - we suggest using Silvo wadding cleaner for silver products and a soft cloth for gold.
An estimate timeframe for delivery and the date will be given at the acceptance of your order. Customised products will take at least 3 weeks for delivery. These are all estimates and no penalty can be accepted for exceeded delivery timeframes which may be out of our control. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is to be a delay.
Damaged and returned goods: PEBBLE bears no liability for damaged goods if you do not let us know within 48 hours of receiving them. In this case we will arrange for a collection and the goods to be replaced as long as they are returned in the original packaging.
PEBBLE stands by the fact that each product is handcrafted and therefore unique. We endeavour to ensure you are completely satisfied with your product however complaints that relate to matters other than the satisfactory quality of the goods shall not entitle you to replacement goods or a refund unless expressly agreed in writing by us.
