DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Providing the jewellery you have ordered is in stock, we aim to despatch within 7 working days. Please allow 3 weeks for personalised products.
Christmas delivery cut off dates:
UK - 15th December
Europe - 10th December
USA - 10th December
ROW - 10th December
Postage
Postage for all UK orders is charged at £7.35 and will be sent via Royal Mail. Please be aware that all deliveries will need a signature.
International deliveries will be charged at the following rates Europe £20, USA £20 and ROW £30. European shipments may be subject to custom duties and import taxes that we are not aware of and Pebble cannot be held accountable for these.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however returns and exchange requests can be made within 14 working days from receiving your products. Items returned must be in perfect, new and unused condition with all the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any personalised items.
During the Christmas period we will extend our returns policy up until the end of January. Please ensure that you include your name and address and whether you require a refund or exchange. We strongly advise that items returned to us are sent via registered post with proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged. For all returns, except where items are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

Upon receipt of your return we will process your refund within 7 working days.
PEBBLE packages all of our goods with the aim to minimise damage when posting. If there is any damage or issues found with regards to the product, please inform us immediately within 48 hours and we will arrange for the goods to be returned.
We shall bear no liability if you do not inform us within 48 hours of receiving your product if it is faulty. If the packaging has been damaged, please note this before signing. Where notification has been given correctly, we will replace your order or refund your original payment.
Any returns (for any reason) must be returned in the original packaging and via a postal service chosen by PEBBLE. Please contact us at hello@pebblejewellery.co.uk to discuss your return and for us to arrange. Please note customised orders CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
Each PEBBLE product is handcrafted and therefore unique to each custom order. We will endeavour to make sure you are happy with your products. However, complaints about the goods which relate to matters other than the quality of the product, shall not entitle you to either replacement or returns unless expressly agreed in writing by us.
